Fall is here and I couldn’t be more pumped about it. For many, fall means consistent 50-65 degree weather where it’s not too hot but not too cold. For us Oklahomans, it means some days can be 50, windy, and freezing and others will literally be 90 degrees. It’s the best and the worst, but I love it because I can still wear some of my fall and heavier summer clothes without freezing my butt off.
Outfits like these are my FAV because all I have to do is throw it on and leave, as long as the hair and face are suitable that is. But seriously, as a college student, I really don’t want to wake up at 5:30am just to fancy myself up to steal the show at school. Honestly, I really wish I cared that much even slightly but I just don’t have that kind of energy, and I know it’s not just college students who can relate!
With this look, all it takes to be a complete showstopper is 3 pieces. If it happens to be sunny, add some stylish glasses to make it even better. The oversized boyfriend dress look is something I can dig as of now – it is just so comfortable and not many people have something like it, especially with that bow detail on the arm. I paired this dress with my favorite over-the-knee boots to add something extra, but if you didn’t have time to shave but wanted to wear a dress – the boots are a great alternative.. Just being honest… On other days when I wanted to dress it up more, I threw it with some strappy black heels which also look fabulous with the dress. For the finishing touch, I added a small statement bag, this ultimately tied it together; making it a simple look that doesn’t appear that way at all!
Like everything I post, this outfit is a DEAL. A friend of mine suggested that I look into a website called Shein since I’m all about finding the best bang for my buck.. And praise the Lord she did because this dress was $15! How insane is that?! The boots are also under $30 and a very similar bag is under $20.
More fun fall outfits are soon to come. In the meantime, here are some more looks that I love from Shein!
Ta ta then, bye bye now!
